Tax Preparation
We service your tax preparation needs year round. Our firm has the expertise that you need to reduce your federal and state tax liabilities. As CPAs, we are required to obtain 40 hours/year in continuing education. This ensures that we are up to date with any tax law changes.
We offer electronic filing to our clients. It is a fast, accurate, safe and paperless way to file a return. If you choose e-filing, along with direct deposit, you are likely to receive your refund in as little as two weeks. We are experienced with many different tax entity types including:

Audit, Review & Compilations
We provide compilation, review and audit services for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations as allowed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Many times, these reports are required by state agencies or creditors in order to show the financial statements contain a certain level of assurance. Management and governance of the company itself may want a level of reliability on their financial statements for accuracy and an analysis of their company’s operations.
Audit services offer the highest amount of assurance, reviews offer limited assurance, while compilations offer no assurance.
ACOR/Annual Report
We specialize in ACOR/Annual Reports for the State of Connecticut Department of Development Services (DDS). Many times we do this in conjunction with an audit as required by DDS. These reports are very detailed and are looked at carefully by the state agency. We have experience to take the burden off of our client’s shoulders, ensure reporting requirements are met, and streamline the reporting process.
Payroll
